SOI Cancellation and Refund Policy

SOI understands that cancellations due to medical or family emergencies do happen.  Thus, we request that you purchase "Trip Cancellation Insurance" for all tours & caravans when available.  Full refunds of tours/caravans/rallies will be make with a minimum of 40 days notice.  Purchased materials sent out in regards to the caravan/rally along with any non-refundable prepaid expenses made by SOI will be deducted from the deposit.  Rally cancellations make with a 10 day notice or less will be subject to a  $25 cancellation fee.  No refund will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the participant after the start of the tour/rally/caravan.
